Similar to how other people collect postage stamps or baseball cards, I collect restaurants and recipes. Cookbooks line my bookshelves and there are at least ten restaurants I’m dying to check out at any given time. I just have a deep and undying love of food, whether it’s sweet or salty, deep-fried, or garden fresh, simple or complicated, I like it all and I’ll taste it all.
